It's almost embarrassing that these two are winning a romantic couple poll- Dean's mortified little face and Cas' 'I wasn't going to mention it.'

(At 43%- for Dean's and Cas' sakes I hope they do not win *amused*)

teenage!cas and teenage!deanna- i luv how cas is, liek, ALL THE HEARTS FOR DEANNA ALL OF THEM and deanna is, liek, cas is too cute BUT WTF IS WITH THE HEARTS YUCK.

(everyone would know they were a couple before ever they would.)

also, cas would find a stray little kitten bumbling around one day on his doorstep and he'd take it in and name it, like, dean, and deanna would find out about it and then go out and buy a little huggybear for it and name that cas in retaliation-

I have been feeling not so good this week. Tired mostly.

I have no idea what could be happening in this cap. But whatever it is I am sure it is family-friendly and that Cas approves and would, of course, not be shouting YOU HEDONISTIC SENSUALISTIC SYBARITE at Dean.

I was listening to the song 'Rabbit Heart' [Florence and the Machine] and it is totally a Dean/Castiel song: every time I heard this line I crazy-grinned-

who is the lamb, and who is the knife?

- because knives! That primitive weapon that unites Dean and Castiel; for example, the 4x01 knife-stab that started it all <3. More seriously, though, I like to think there's a little of that thing that Chuck likes to call symmetry:

[DEAN] the bowie knife as one of dean's oldest favoured weapon; the knife as the weapon by which he tortured souls on the rack; the weapon which he represents in the form of the michael sword

[CASTIEL] steampunk angel, blades of feathers; the demon-killing knife* by which he aligns himself with dean in the green room, banishing zachariah with it and offering it up in allegiance to dean; the instrument by which he kills his kin for dean

*besides the obvious, i wonder what the difference between the angel-killing knifes and the demon-killing ones are- hrrrrrms, should have a look at the screencap of ruby's knife
